My Role
As Chief Visionary Officer I get the opportunity to shape the vision, mission, and values for the company, it's branding, its products and the roadmap for its future.
What I love most about my role
I have the BEST job in the world! I get to play in a sandbox with brilliant, kind and creative people to help shape new products, new features, new concepts, new looks, new messaging that will help our clients be successful however they want to use our technology.
How I define success
When I successfully accomplish something that is as I envisioned it and I am proud of the work that was done to achieve it.
The best piece of business advice I ever received was
Know what you can do, your strengths, and what you can't, you're weaknesses and surround yourself with the best people that you can find to do what you are not able to do.
What would I tell my younger self
Fight for yourself and demand the respect you deserve, because you will build the future you envision for yourself. Be patience but persistent. Never forget, there is always a way.

2B Bolder to me means being relentless. My grandmother always said to me 'There's always a way, you just have to find it'. To me that means being relentless in your pursuit of your vision, even if it isn't a smooth path, go after your vision with purpose, passion and persistence.
