I love watching women embrace their unique feminine superpowers in their work and expand their impact in a way that feels completely aligned with who they are.
How I define success
Success is living a life in alignment with personal and professional values. This is different for everyone and super important to be clear on what that means for YOU!
For me, it means doing work that I love with people that I love and admire. It also means having the flexibility and freedom to spend time with my teenage girls and follow my passion of trackdays with my car!
The values that drive me are positivity, growth, challenge, fun, honesty, relaxation.
The best piece of business advice I ever received was
It takes 90% of the energy to get the rocket in the air and 10% to keep it there.
What would I tell my younger self
It's okay to be different, that has more value than you know. Speak up, share your ideas and just...keep...going!
