My Role
In my role as a Certified Executive Coach and Promotion Strategist, I am on a mission to bring more diversity to the leadership table. My goal, double the number of women promoted to the c-suite each year worldwide. I've recently released by book: "Promotions Made Easy: A Step-by-Step Guide to the Executive Suite" and am the host of a podcast "Maximize Your Career with Stacy Mayer". I also have a coaching intensive, Executive Ahead of Time, that helps hundreds of powerhouse corporate women, dubbed Corporate Badasses, get promoted into executive roles at some of the world's largest and prestigious companies.
What I love most about my role
I love helping women reach the executive level and driven by wanting to see the way business is run from the C-suite out, with more female influence. Bringing more diversity to leadership table is the best way to bring a new wave of innovation, power and inclusivity in the corporate world. And I get to see this with my clients, right now, in real time.
How I define success
To me, success is the freedom to live a life I love and the knowledge that I have the skills and determination to overcome any adversity that comes my way.
The best piece of business advice I ever received was
Brooke Castillo, The Life Coach School founder said, life is 50/50. We experience 50% positive emotions and 50% negative emotions. So we aren't putting ourselves out there to advance in our careers because it's going to be easier and more positive than we are right now. We're putting ourselves out there because we are committed to growing and becoming better human beings along the way.
What would I tell my younger self
Your authentic self is powerful beyond imagination. you are courageous and you are truly capable of doing hard things.
