My Role

In 2019, I founded Craig Group, a company rooted in data-first sales and marketing strategies. Drawing on over 20 years of experience, I set out to help middle-market, private-equity-backed businesses and independent family-owned companies achieve meaningful growth.

What sets Craig Group apart is our ability to deliver impactful, measurable results. We’ve built a strong team spanning four states, each member bringing their unique expertise to the table. Together, we work closely with decision-makers, combining strategic insights with actionable solutions to drive revenue and enterprise value.

For our clients, I aim to be more than just a consultant—I strive to be a trusted partner.

What I love most about my role

What I love most about my role is the problem-solving process that comes with every new client engagement. It all starts with discovery—sitting down with CEOs, listening to their unique challenges, and digging into what’s really holding them back. That’s where I thrive. I enjoy working with my team to craft innovative, tailored solutions that drive meaningful results.

Whether it’s refining customer segmentation, optimizing sales operations, or uncovering untapped market opportunities, I find joy in helping businesses realize their full potential. Every engagement brings a new challenge, and nothing beats the satisfaction of seeing our strategies lead to measurable success.

How I define success

To me, true success is about building financial success while leading a full, joyful life. I’ve never subscribed to the concept of work/life balance - because life is work and work is life. I’ve climbed the ranks of the traditional corporate and educational ladder, only to realize my greatest challenge and joy lay in stepping off that ladder and forging my own path as a founder. Now, I can provide for my family and my team while shaping my own future.

The best piece of business advice I ever received was

I would say that experience has been my teacher when it comes to business advice. Sometimes you have to let go of something good to make room for something great. A few years ago, I made the tough decision to part ways with a client whose values didn’t align with ours. Walking away from steady revenue felt risky, and I had more than a few sleepless nights over it. But I chose to prioritize my team’s well-being and our shared Craig Group values over short-term gains. That decision paid off. Not only did we replace the business, but we’ve also doubled our revenue year over year for the past two years. It was a powerful reminder that staying true to your principles can lead to even greater success.

What would I tell my younger self

I’d tell my younger self: trust the process, but don’t be afraid to carve your own path. Every step in my professional (and personal) life has taught me the value of adaptability and staying true to my principles. Taking risks can ignite new opportunities. Founding Craig Group in 2019 was the culmination of those lessons—building something rooted in data, creativity, and integrity.

Success isn’t just about climbing the ladder; it’s about knowing when to take the leap, challenge yourself, and prioritize what truly matters.

What 2B Bolder mean to me

To me, 2B Bolder is a call to action—a reminder that boldness isn’t just about taking risks; it’s about owning your journey, embracing your strengths, and showing up fully in every aspect of life. It means breaking through self-doubt, finding your voice, and designing a career and life that align with your values and ambitions.
