When I started 2B Bolder, I aimed to inspire women to conquer self-doubt, overcome insecurities, and fully embrace their potential by leveraging my network and beyond, sharing stories from around the globe of real women succeeding in a variety of roles and industries despite the challenges we all face in life, from bad bosses, microaggressions, inequity in the office, and lack of diversity and support to balancing careers with motherhood. Let's face it: the odds are stacked against us, but seeing is believing, and hearing from others who share their advice and insights helps each of us to be better and stronger and believe if she can, so can I . Being bold means believing in yourself, asking for help, and surrounding yourself with a support system that holds you accountable and pushes you beyond your comfort zone. I have built a space for honest conversations, shared wisdom, and growth, and my goal is to take it to the next level in 2025.
